One of the biggest costumes for Halloween this year was from the movie IT. Costumes representing Georgie with a red balloon have been extremely common. This costume can be completed by wearing black leggings, a white tee-shirt, rain boots, and the signature yellow rain jacket. To go another step and make your costume so much better, you can carry a S.S Georgie paper boat or a red balloon.
